I am quite short and had a smooth normal delivery. Height didnt matter at all in my case. Just focus on your health and regular checkups, the rest your doctor handles.
I am on the shorter side and asked my gynac this exact thing. She said height alone doesnt decide anything, they monitor the pelvis and overall health during checkups. So dont assume problems, your doctor assesses each case individually.
