It actually can be an early sign, same thing happened with me before my missed period. but please dont overthink it because every body reacts differently. just wait for your due date and do a home test.

honestly im so tired of carrying this heavy tummy now but i remember checking for spotting like crazy. it can be implantation bleeding, but seriously check with your gynac if it's heavy or painful. my back is literally dying right now typing this lol.
my baby is just 2 months old now and yes, i had light pinkish spotting right before my missed period date. i thought it was normal periods starting but it was actually implantation. keep an eye on the color and flow though.
