I am also planning right now and every time I feel a small cramp, I wonder if this is it! It’s so confusing to tell the difference between period pain and early pregnancy.
Mild cramps can happen during early pregnancy, but because I had thyroid issues I was always told to get everything checked. If you miss your period, do a home test and see your doctor.
It can be a very early sign of pregnancy, like implantation cramps, or just normal periods. Stay positive, drink warm water, and let God guide you. Take a test if your period is late.
My tracker app showed that mild cramping is quite common during implantation. Keep track of your dates on an app, and if your period doesn't show up, take a home test!
Before my positive test, I had mild cramping that felt exactly like my period was coming. But if the cramps are very severe, please be careful and consult a doctor to rule out any issues.
