I'm in my 7th week and the vomiting is honestly killing me, can't even keep water down some mornings. Anything that worked for u all to reduce it? pls share, i feel so weak by evening.
Haaan, I am in my third tri now but still get those random puking sessions sometimes! It feels like my stomach just decided to be a rebel and surprise me whenever. Honestly, nothing fully avoids it, but small meals and lots of water helps. Can't wait for this to be over and finally eat a full meal without fear, lol!
Vomiting is really common, especially in the first trimester. Try eating small frequent meals, don't let your stomach get empty. Ginger ale or ginger tea also helps some women a lot. Keep some dry crackers or rusk by your bed, eat them before getting up in the morning; it really makes a difference for many.
Oh god, I remember this feeling. It's so tough, na. Pls take care of yourself, whatever u eat, make sure it's light and fresh. And if it gets too much, dont hesitate to call your doc. My gynac had given me some tips too, maybe ask yours?
Oh my god, I totally get what you're going through. It's so exhausting and can make you feel so low and anxious. Just remember you're not alone in this, many of us went through it. Take it one day at a time, darling. And it will pass, for sure, hang in there.
I'm in my second trimester now and still feel like throwing up sometimes, is that normal? My gynac said it should reduce after first trimester but it's still there, especially with some smells. Did anyone else experience this? I keep worrying if I'm doing something wrong.
This must be so difficult for you. I'm not pregnant yet but I hear a lot about morning sickness and it sounds very challenging. My elder sister said keeping hydrated is very important. I hope you feel better soon, please take care of yourself.
