I did the home strip test first and it showed positive, then went to gynac who did a scan later. Thats how I got sure. The home test is a good first step.
Easiest way is a home pregnancy test after your missed period, do it with first morning urine for clear result. If its positive, then a blood beta hCG test and a doctor visit confirms it properly. Symptoms alone are never enough.
