How does pcos affect pregnancy?

I have pcos since years and we just started planning for baccha. Im worried how it will affect things once I conceive, like miscarriage or sugar issues. Any ladies here who got pregnant with pcos? how was ur journey?

I had PCOS and I was so scared it would cause issues during pregnancy! It does increase some risks like high BP, so please follow your doctor's instructions carefully. You will be fine, don't worry too much!
