We are trying since last 2 months and im so impatient yaar. My period is still few days away but i keep wondering how soon a test can actually show something. When did u all get to know?
With my first I tested 3 days before period out of excitement and it was negative, I felt so sad. Then tested again after missed period and there it was, two lines. Patience really matters here yaar.

Dont stress over testing super early, it only makes you anxious. Wait for the missed period, test with first morning urine, and if confused just repeat after 2-3 days.
My doctor told me blood test (beta hCG) can pick it up earlier than urine strips, sometimes around 8-10 days after ovulation. Home kits usually catch it once you've missed your period. If you really want early confirmation, ask your gynac about the blood test.
A home test works best after your missed period, so wait till at least a day or two late. Testing too early just gives faint or wrong lines. Use morning urine, that's when it shows clearest.
