Some women feel tired, sore breasts or light cramping a week before the period is due. But honestly signs vary a lot, with my first I had nothing till the missed period. Dont judge only by symptoms, test when period is late.
My gynac said implantation can cause subtle signs around 6 to 10 days after ovulation, like spotting or fatigue. But hCG needs time to rise for a test to catch it. So early signs maybe, but a reliable test is after the missed period.
I started feeling sore breasts and crazy tiredness even before my missed period. Did anyone else feel signs that early? I kept second guessing myself till the test confirmed.
