How frequently should you have intercourse when trying to conceive?
Been trying for around 4 months now and no luck yet, getting a little impatient honestly. Not sure if we are timing it right or doing it too much or too less. Whats the right balance, pls share.
I tracked my ovulation on an app and we focused around the fertile days, roughly every two to three days. The app made it less of a guessing game. But dont turn it into pressure, that backfires.
My doctor said every two to three days through the cycle is enough and you dont need to overdo it daily. The fertile window is the key time. She also said reducing stress matters a lot, so dont obsess over schedules.
Honestly dont stress too much about counting days yaar. Just stay regular around the fertile time and let it happen naturally. Too much pressure makes it harder, trust me.
We were figuring this out too and read that every couple of days through the fertile window works well. Trying to time it too perfectly just stressed us out honestly. Relaxing about it actually helped.
