How long after chemical pregnancy can i try again?
Had a chemical pregnancy last month and im still feeling low about it. Doc said body recovers fast but emotionally im not fully there. Just wanted to know how soon is ok to start trying again, did u all wait?
I'm so sorry you went through this. Physically, many doctors say you can try after just one normal cycle, but honestly, your doctor's advice is the best here. They can check if your lining is completely healed before you start trying again.
A chemical pregnancy is tough, but physically your body recovers quite fast. Most women are told they can try after their next period, but don't rush if you aren't mentally ready. Balance your work stress and give your body at least one full cycle to reset.
Oh sweetheart, I'm so sorry for what you went through. Don't stress too much about the timeline right now, okay? Your body usually heals within a cycle or two, so just take some rest and try again when you feel happy and ready.
It's a sad experience, but don't lose hope. Make sure you are eating a balanced, low-glycemic diet now to prepare your body for the next attempt. I would suggest consulting your gynac to see when they greenlight you to try again.
Sending you a big hug. I went through something similar and was so desperate to try again immediately, but my doctor advised waiting for one proper period. Now looking at my toddler running around, I realize that little wait was worth it. Hang in there.
Beta, give your body some time to recover and heal naturally first. Eat warm, nourishing foods like haldi doodh or panjiri to rebuild your strength. It is best to wait for at least one or two cycles, and do ask your doctor once to be completely sure.
