my normal leggings are getting tight around the pet now, im 4 months. dont want anything pressing on the belly. should i buy maternity ones or just wear them below the bump? what worked for u?
My mom keeps soaking kishmish for me every morning saying it's good for baby. But i dont know how much is too much. Anyone got a rough idea of how many a day is fine?

Blood test me alkaline phosphatase high aaya hai aur main report dekh ke ghabra gayi. Next appointment 5 din baad hai toh tab tak tension me hu. Kisi ke saath aisa hua tha kya? Ye normal hota hai pregnancy me ya worry wali baat hai?
Aaj scan report mein AUA likha tha aur gynac ne jaldi mein bata diya tha par main poori tarah samajh nahi paayi. Ye GA se alag hota hai kya? Bas confusion door karni hai, kisi ki report mein bhi AUA aaya hai to pls samjha do iska matlab.
