My last scan showed an empty sac and the doctor said its anembryonic. Im heartbroken honestly and just trying to understand what happens next. How long does the body take in this case before things pass naturally? if anyone went through this pls share.

This really needs close doctor supervision, the timing differs for everyone. They monitor with scans and decide the right step. Please follow your gynac and don't wait it out alone if they advise otherwise.
