I love my evening walks and dont want to stop. Im 26 weeks now and feeling healthy, touchwood. How much walking is ok per day at this point? Dont wanna overdo it.
I was advised to do very light 15-minute walks in my society park. It really helped my blood circulation and made my post-C-section recovery a bit easier later on.
Yaar, actually starting with just 15 minutes is best if you aren't used to it. You can slowly increase it to 30 minutes, but please get a green light from your gynac first.
