I completely validate how unsettling those early cramps can feel when you are expecting. My cramps lasted for the first month and then stopped. Just rest as much as you can, and if there is any spotting with it, call your gynac.
It is so scary to feel cramps when you are newly pregnant, your anxiety must be through the roof right now. Just know that mild cramping is quite common in the first few weeks. But if they are very strong or on one side, check with your doctor to put your mind at ease.
Oh god, I remember those early cramps, I used to check for bleeding every time I went to the washroom! They usually last for a few weeks as the uterus stretches, but if they get even slightly severe, please don't take any risk and go to the clinic.
Hey, don't stress too much, mild cramps are super common in early weeks as your body is changing. They usually come and go for a few weeks. Just put your feet up, drink water, and call your doctor if they feel too sharp.
Actually, mild cramping is normal as the uterus is expanding, usually lasting through the first trimester on and off. My doctor said as long as there is no heavy bleeding or sharp, unbearable pain, it is fine, but any severe pain needs immediate medical checkup.
Even though mild cramps are common, safety should always come first during early pregnancy. Please check with your gynac to rule out any complications. Better to be safe than sorry, so let them evaluate it.
During my first few weeks, I felt these period-like cramps on and off and got so worried. They lasted till about week 8 or 9 for me. It's just the baby making space, but do tell your doc if it hurts too much.
