For most healthy couples it takes a few months up to a year of trying. It is normal for it not to happen in the first month. Track your fertile days and dont stress if it takes a little while.
Everyone's journey is so different, some conceive fast and some take longer, like mine did. Please be gentle with yourself if it takes time. If it goes beyond a year, a doctor chat can help, but mostly just be patient and kind to yourself.
