How many days before period pregnancy symptoms start?
We are trying since 2 months and now every little thing im noticing, sore boobs and slight nausea. Period is still few days away. How early before periods do symptoms actually start? or am i just overthinking.
Oh, the days of symptom spotting! I used to drive myself crazy counting days. Some women feel things really early, even a week before, but for many, it's just a few days or even after a missed period. The only reliable sign is a positive test, so try to distract yourself until then!
Haha, aren't our bodies just playing games with us?! Sometimes I felt *all* the symptoms, and it was just PMS! 😂 Seriously though, it's usually just a few days before your period, but honestly, it's so individual. Don't drive yourself crazy, just wait for the missed period!
I remember trying to read every little sign, but early symptoms can be so vague. For me, it was only after my period was clearly late that I thought it might be real. Don't overthink symptoms too much before then, a missed period is the real indicator.
This varies so much for everyone, and sometimes PMS symptoms can feel really similar to early pregnancy ones, trust me! It's difficult to tell just from symptoms. If you suspect you're pregnant, the most accurate thing is to wait for a missed period and then take a test, and then confirm with your doctor.
Beta, sometimes your body gives you little hints even a few days before your period is due. My nani used to say listen to your body carefully. But remember, every woman is different. If your period is late, then do a test. No need to stress too much before that.
With PCOS, it's already so confusing because period symptoms and early pregnancy symptoms can feel so similar, haan? So honestly, it's really hard to pinpoint. Don't jump to conclusions just from symptoms. The best way is always to wait for a missed period and then test.
