My period is 4 days late and we are trying since 2 months. I tested this morning and it was faint, so confused. After how many days does it actually show clearly? dont want to get my hopes up too early.
Yaar dont test too early, it just gives stress. Actually I wasted like 3 kits testing daily, total paisa barbaad. Just wait one week after the due date and then do it once properly with first morning pee.
Take a breath na. If your period is late by even 2-3 days a home kit usually shows it now. If you want full surety go for a blood test at the lab, that confirms it nicely.
Best is to wait till your period is actually missed, then do the home strip with morning urine. Both my times the line came clear only after the missed date, before that it was too faint to trust.
I tested 2 din before period date and got nothing, almost cried. Then waited and tested after 4 days late and there it was. So basically how many days from the day you missed are you now?
My gynac told me hCG takes time to build up, so usually a urine test is reliable around the day your period is due or a day or two after. If you really cant wait she said a blood beta hCG test can pick it up a bit earlier, like 8-10 days post ovulation.
