How much pomegranate should i eat a day during pregnancy?
Everyone keeps telling me anar is so good for the baby. I had one full one yesterday but now thinking is that too much? how much in a day is fine actually.
Pomegranate is very good, lots of iron. But like everything, moderation is key. Ek medium size anar, ya ek glass juice kaafi hai din mein. Don't overdo it, make sure you have other fruits and vegetables too. Balance is important, right?
Oh, if you're carrying twins like I was, you feel like you need to eat the whole fruit section! But seriously, one medium pomegranate is perfectly fine for a day. You need to focus on a variety of nutrients, not just one superfood. Don't stress too much about exact quantities, just eat healthy and diverse.
Yaar, ek anar din mein, that's enough, no? Actually, any one fruit you enjoy is good. Just balance it out, don't just eat pomegranates only. Thoda apple bhi khao, banana bhi khao. Eating a variety of fruits is better.
I ate pomegranate regularly during my pregnancy, especially because it's good for iron. I used to have one medium-sized one, or sometimes a small bowl of seeds, once a day. My doctor just said to make sure it's part of a varied diet, not the only thing you're eating. So, one is good!
I've heard pomegranate is very beneficial for health, especially during pregnancy because of the iron. I'm not sure about the exact quantity, but maybe one a day would be good? It's always a good idea to ensure it's balanced with other fruits and nutrients.
Honestly, at this point, if you can keep *anything* down and it's healthy, just go for it! Haha. But for pomegranate, a medium one a day is considered perfectly good for its nutrients. Don't overthink it too much, just enjoy your healthy snack!
Haha, are you trying to turn into a superfood goddess? Pomegranate is great, but don't go full 'anar' mode. A medium one a day is more than enough. Remember, balance is key, and your wallet will thank you too, those things aren't cheap! Just enjoy it without obsessing.
