For most healthy couples it can take anywhere from a few months up to a year, so dont panic in the first few months. My first happened in three months, my second took almost eight. It really varies, so be patient.
Give it time and dont measure it month by month, that just stresses you out. If a year goes by with regular trying and nothing, then see a doctor. Until then, relax and track your fertile days.
With PCOS it took me longer, so I dont want to give one timeline that fits everyone. If your cycles are irregular, get checked sooner rather than later. For most others a year of trying is considered normal.
We just started a couple months ago and I was already getting worried it wasnt happening. This thread is reassuring, I didnt know it could take up to a year normally. Will try to relax more.
