Im 9 weeks and throwing up like 4-5 times a day, barely keeping food down. Is this normal ya is it too much? Just want to know what others experienced before i panic and call gynac.
My doctor explained that moderate nausea is actually a sign of strong pregnancy hormones. However, if you are vomiting more than 3-4 times a day, losing weight, or feeling very weak, it could be Hyperemesis Gravidarum. In that case, medical help is needed to avoid dehydration.
Nausea and vomiting once or twice a day in the first trimester is quite common. I had it too but it got much better after the 14th week, and I had a very smooth normal delivery. Just try to keep yourself hydrated as much as you can.
I have heard from my sisters that some morning sickness is expected, but too much of it can be really exhausting. I hope when my turn comes, it is manageable. Please take care of your health and rest well.
Din mein ek do baar vomiting hona toh normal hai, ho na? But agar kuch bhi pacha nahi paa rahe ho aur paani bhi bahar aa raha hai, toh doctor ko batana padega. Apne man se zyada bardaasht mat karo.
A little bit of nausea is totally fine, especially in the mornings! Try having dry crackers before leaving the bed. If it gets too heavy, do ask your doctor for help!
Having PCOS made my pregnancy journey a bit delicate, so I was always very careful. While mild morning sickness is normal, excessive vomiting where you can't keep any food down is not safe. Better to ask your gynac for a safe anti-nausea medicine.
Beta, halki ulti hona toh shuruaat mein aam baat hai. Thoda sa adrak ka tukda ya nimbu chatne se man thik rehta hai. Lekin agar bilkul bhi khana andar nahi tik raha, toh doctor se milne mein deri mat karna.
Haha, my baby literally rejected everything except cold water and dry toast in my first trimester! Vomiting a bit is just your baby saying hello, but if you're hugging the toilet bowl all day, definitely call your gynac for some relief!
