Halfway through my pregnancy and ive put on a few kgs already, everyone at home has an opinion lol. How many kg is actually normal to gain over the whole pregnancy? Just want a rough idea so i stop stressing.
I just delivered and I had gained 13 kg total. Most of it came off in the first two weeks post-delivery itself, so don't worry about the scale right now.
I gained around 14 kg, and post my C-section, I was worried about losing it. But slowly with walking and recovery, it's getting back to normal, so just focus on healthy eating for now.
My saas was constantly feeding me ghee saying I need to gain weight, but my gynac said 11-12 kg is more than enough! Listen to your doctor's advice on this.
I am in my third trimester and already up by 12 kgs, feeling like a heavy potato, haha! But my doctor says it's perfectly on track, so I'm not stressing.
I am in my 2nd trimester and already gained 5 kg, is anyone else experiencing this? I get so anxious about gaining too much, but my doctor says it's normal.
Honestly, I gained like 15 kgs and half of it was just cheese cravings and late-night snacks, lol! Standard is around 10-15 kg but don't sweat it now, u can lose it later (like I am trying to, with zero sleep).
Don't overthink the weight numbers. Standard range is 10-15 kg, just focus on eating healthy meals at work and let your doctor monitor your progress during monthly checkups.
