How much weight should i gain during pregnancy with twins?
Just found out im carrying twins, still in shock honestly. My gynac said weight gain will be more than a normal pregnancy but didnt give me a proper number na. Any twin mommies here who can share how much they put on?
Hey, congratulations on the twins! With twins, the weight gain guidelines are usually different than for a single baby. Your doctor will probably give you a target range based on your pre-pregnancy BMI. Just focus on eating balanced meals and staying active if your gynac allows. Don't worry too much, just follow your doc's advice.
Oh, twins! That's such a blessing. When I was pregnant, my mum used to tell me to just eat healthy and listen to my body. Ghar pe sab bohot khayal rakhte the. Don't stress too much about numbers, just make sure you're feeling good and your babies are growing well.
Hey, congratulations on the twins! ✨ Your body is working double duty, so it's normal to gain a bit more. My gynac just told me to focus on eating nutritious food and staying active, not just the number on the scale. Enjoy this special time!
Wow, twins! That's amazing and so much to celebrate. It's totally okay to gain more weight with two babies, your body is working so hard. Don't let anyone make you feel bad about it, just listen to your doctor and eat well. You're growing two little humans!
Arey, twins ke saath toh thoda extra weight gain normal hi hai na. My doc always said to focus on good food, not just quantity. Ho na, don't compare yourself to single pregnancies, this is totally different. Just enjoy it, your body knows best!
