Moong dal is light on my stomach and im having so much acidity these days at 12 weeks. Thinking of having it almost daily. Is daily theek hai or should i rotate with other dals? anyone else?

Haldi is in literally everything we cook so i never thought about it before. But someone told me too much turmeric isnt good in pregnancy n now im confused. is normal cooking amount okay?
