How much weight should you gain during pregnancy in kg?
Im in my 5th month and have put on around 6 kg already. MIL keeps saying im gaining too fast but i feel its normal. Just want to know roughly kitna kg is okay overall.
Dekho, don't compare yourself with Bollywood moms. Gaining 10 to 15 kg is standard, but some gain more or less. Just eat clean, avoid oily stuff, and ask your gynac what your ideal target is.
Every body is so unique, especially after all the hormonal treatments we go through. Usually, 10 to 12 kgs is normal but please don't stress about numbers right now. Just focus on your little miracle's growth.
