I feel drained out by afternoon and just want to lie down all day. First trimester and the tiredness is real yaar. How do you all manage with work and ghar pe everything?
My doctor said fatigue is super common and to make sure my iron and hemoglobin were okay, because low iron makes it worse. She told me to eat well, hydrate and rest. If you feel unusually exhausted, get your levels checked.
Mine turned out partly thyroid related, so dont ignore constant exhaustion. Apart from rest and good food, keep up your routine doctor checkups so they catch anything like thyroid or low iron early.
Being tired and working is tough, I get it. I started keeping nuts and fruit at my desk to keep energy up, and went to bed early instead of scrolling phone. Short rest breaks during the day really helped me push through.
Dont fight the tiredness, rest when your body asks. Eat at regular intervals so sugar doesn't dip, and a small walk actually boosts energy more than lying down all day. It eases up a lot in second trimester.
