How to avoid stress and depression during pregnancy?
Im 5 months along and lately I just feel low for no reason, crying over small things. Work tension plus ghar pe stuff is getting too much yaar. How do you all stay calm? Pls share what actually helped u.
Arre, don't take too much stress, chill! Half of my stress was just thinking about what to eat next and dealing with my mood swings, poor husband had to bear it all haha. Just watch your favorite comedies, eat some ice cream, and tell your brain to calm down, everything is going to be fine!
Accha look, everyone will give you different advice, but constant stress isn't good for u or the baby. If you feel like this sadness or anxiety is not going away, please check with your gynac directly. They can guide you if you need safe counseling or some simple lifestyle changes.
I understand how incredibly precious and stressful this journey can be, especially after waiting so long. It is completely okay to feel anxious, but try to remind yourself that your body is doing a wonderful job. Gentle meditation and keeping a small circle of supportive friends really helped me stay grounded.
I completely feel you, mere saath bhi same hua tha and I used to cry over the smallest things. It’s just the hormones, please don't feel guilty about feeling this way, you are doing great. Just take deep breaths, connect with your baby, and take one day at a time, this phase will also pass.
Honestly, hormonal changes can really mess with your mind, and it is totally normal to feel low sometimes. I found that talking it out with my husband and keeping a journal helped me manage. But if you feel like the anxiety is getting too much, please talk to your gynac because mental health is just as important as physical health.
Please be very careful with your mental health, because stress can sometimes affect your physical health too during this delicate time. I had a really difficult pregnancy with high BP, and my doctor strictly told me to avoid overthinking. If you are feeling constantly sad or overwhelmed, please consult your doctor immediately.
A little bit of walking and listening to calm music really helped me stay positive throughout. I kept myself active with light house chores and tried to stay away from negative news or people. Just keep your mind happy, keep moving a bit if your body allows, and hope for a beautiful delivery!
Having PCOS made me so anxious during my pregnancy because I was always worried if things would go fine. I tried to focus on small daily wins, like a short walk or eating a healthy meal, rather than worrying about the future. Just be gentle with yourself, take it slow, and always share how you feel with your doc.
