How to avoid unnecessary weight gain during pregnancy?
Im 5 months and already gained quite a bit, gynac said its on the higher side. I dont want to overdo it but the cravings are real yaar. how did u all manage your weight without starving?
Beta, ghar ka khana khao. Bahar ka junk food bilkul avoid karo. Phir thodi light walk karo subah shaam, jo doc ne bola hai. Fresh fruits aur sabziyan khaao, paani khoob piyo. Bas yehi simple tareeke hain. Agar koi serious concern ho, toh gynac se baat karna.
