At one month a normal home urine kit works fine, use first morning urine. If it shows positive, book a gynac appointment, dont just rely on the strip. Blood test confirms it properly.
I felt so nervous doing my first test, my hands were shaking honestly. I did the morning urine one and waited those 3 mins like forever. When two lines came I cried, then went to doctor to confirm.
Take a deep breath, it is simple. Home kit first, morning urine, and then let the gynac confirm with a scan or blood test. No need to panic, just one step at a time.
