Bought a home kit yesterday but im honestly not sure about the right way to use it. Should it be done first thing in morning? dont want to mess it up and get a wrong result. pls guide a first timer.

Buy a kit from any pharmacy, collect your first morning urine in a clean cup, and put a few drops in the well as per the instructions. Wait the time mentioned, usually 5 minutes. Two lines means positive, one means negative. If faint, retest after a couple of days.
Just follow the kit's little instruction sheet step by step, they all have pictures now. Morning urine gives the most accurate read. I even set a timer on my phone so I read it at exactly the right minute, reading too late can confuse you.
