Im in my third trimester and the heartburn is bohot zyada, especially at night when i lie down. Cant even sleep properly yaar. What do you all do to manage it?
This too shall pass, dear. Pregnancy brings many changes to our body. Just focus on staying positive and taking good care of yourself. Eat healthy, light food and keep your spirits high. Everything will be okay, just have faith.
While heartburn is common, if it's really bothering you, you absolutely must check with your gynac. They can rule out anything else and might suggest safe antacids or dietary changes. Don't self-medicate or just rely on home remedies without asking your doctor first.
Heartburn is a classic pregnancy symptom due to hormonal changes and pressure on your stomach. I found that avoiding acidic foods like citrus and tomatoes, and fizzy drinks made a difference. But ultimately, discussing it with your gynac is the best way to get a tailored plan and ensure it's nothing serious.
It's tough when you have any discomfort during pregnancy, I know how anxious even small things can make you. Heartburn is common, but listen to your body always. If it's too severe or persistent, please don't hesitate to call your doctor. Take care of yourself.
My practical solution was always to eat small portions throughout the day instead of big meals. Also, keeping a glass of water nearby and sipping it slowly. And definitely no food late at night before sleeping, give it at least 2-3 hours. Hope this helps!
Oh, heartburn is super common, like almost everyone gets it during pregnancy, so don't worry too much. For me, drinking sips of cold milk helped, and just avoiding all the oily and spicy things. It gets better after delivery, promise!
Heartburn can be really annoying. My trainer and gynac both suggested light walks after meals, if your body allows it. Also, some gentle yoga poses, only after confirming with your doctor, can sometimes help with digestion. Avoid bending too much though.
Aree beta, heartburn toh normal hai garbh mein. Meri dadi kehti thi thoda sa gud kha lo ya fir saunf chaba lo after meals. Aur raat ko sone se pehle doodh mein haldi daal ke pee lo. Lekin, zyada takleef ho toh apni doctor ko zaroor pooch lena.
Oh, I remember that burning feeling, it's so uncomfortable na. After my C-section, the doc told me to be careful with food, so even during pregnancy I was mindful. Try to eat light dinners and don't lie down immediately after eating. Hope you feel better.
Ugh, heartburn! My constant companion during pregnancy, it was worse than morning sickness honestly. I practically slept sitting up some nights! Small, frequent meals helped a bit, and avoiding spicy stuff. Good luck, hope u get some relief soon!
