Please don't panic! I used to check my sugar four times a day and get so anxious, which actually made the readings go up. Just stick to your doctor's meal advice, drink water, and try to keep your mind calm.
My doctor also warned me about rising sugars, so I'm trying to control it. Are you guys completely cutting out rotis, or just reducing the portion size? It is so confusing to plan daily meals!

Beta, try incorporating some methi seeds soaked in water in the morning, and cut down on potatoes and maida. A thoda walk after meals is very good, but make sure you are regularly consulting your doctor too.
Try to eat small, frequent meals rather than large ones, and include more fiber like green veggies. It really helps to keep the levels stable without putting too much stress on your body.
My little one is a toddler now, but I still remember those stressful gestational diabetes days. Honestly, swapping simple carbs with complex ones and staying consistent with light movement is key. You will get through this phase perfectly!

Oh, I know exactly how stressful those sugar readings can be, it used to make me cry every morning. Please don't blame yourself, pregnancy hormones do crazy things. Just focus on eating clean and walking, you are doing amazing.
