I usually eat poha for breakfast and it's quite light. Now that I'm pregnant, I want to confirm if it's a good option to continue eating poha during pregnancy.
Just entered my 8th week and i suddenly want fresh fruits all the time. Saw kiwi at the market and picked some but then thought let me check first. Is it okay in these early months or better avoid? anyone?
