Feeling so drained these days, even basic ghar ka kaam leaves me exhausted and dizzy sometimes. im in my first trimester so not sure if its just normal tiredness. how did you all push through this phase?
Amma always made me have a glass of milk with a few soaked almonds and dates daily for strength, and it did help me feel less drained. Rest properly too. But please get your blood checked once, weakness often means low iron.
Working through pregnancy I was wiped out daily. What helped, keeping a snack at my desk, sipping water, and actually resting in the evening instead of chores. Dont over commit yaar. And iron rich food makes a real difference.
Weakness is so common, usually its low iron or just not eating enough through the day. Eat small frequent meals, dont skip breakfast, keep dates, nuts, fruits handy. Take your iron tablet properly. And get your hb checked if it keeps up.
A bit of tiredness is normal but if u feel really weak, dizzy or breathless, please get your hemoglobin and BP checked. Mine turned out to be anemia and once treated I felt so much better. Dont just push through it, get the tests.
I totally remember that bone deep tiredness, it can feel discouraging. Be gentle with yourself, rest when your body asks, eat well and ask for help at home. It does get better. And do check iron levels with your doctor.
Beta thodi thodi der mein kuch khaati raho, khaali pet mat raho. Khajoor, badam, dudh, aur seasonal fruit lo, isse taakat aati hai. Aaram bhi zaroori hai. Par agar bahut kamzori lage to doctor se khoon check karwa lena.
