My periods have always been irregular, and I'm trying to conceive. How common is it for women with irregular periods to get pregnant? I'm feeling a bit discouraged.

We eat a lot of fish at home and indian salmon (rawas) is a favourite. Now that im pregnant im a little confused about which fish are okay and which to avoid. Does anyone include it in their diet?
