Depends where you mean to declare. For family I just told close ones after the first scan felt safe. For office, a simple mail to HR with the confirmation worked. No big formality needed honestly.
When you inform work, also ask HR about your maternity benefits and insurance coverage at the same time. I saved myself a lot of last minute running by sorting it early. Keep all reports filed neatly.
