This has been such a struggle since my second trimester started, i feel so uncomfortable and bloated all the time. Drinking water but not much help. Pls share what foods or small things helped you, i dont want to keep straining.
Water and fiber are your best friends here. I had soaked raisins and figs in the morning, plenty of fruits and lots of water through the day. If it gets really bad tell your gynac, dont take any random laxative.
Beta in our time we soaked anjeer overnight and ate it first thing in morning, and a glass of warm water helped a lot. Papaya I avoided though. Small natural things are safe but for medicine always ask your doctor.
Oh god constipation has been my biggest struggle this whole time. I added more salad and water and it helped thoda. Did anyone else feel it got worse with the iron tablets?
My ajji told me to have a little ghee in warm milk at night and it really did help me. Curd rice and lots of water also kept things easy. If nothing works do mention to your gynac, they may adjust your supplements.
