Im in my second trimester and my mom keeps telling me to have kismis daily for blood. But i dont know the right way, should i soak them overnight or just eat dry? How many in a day is ok? Pls share how u all are taking them.
Soak a few raisins overnight in water beta and have them in the morning, its easy on the tummy. We always did this for energy and for the blood. Just a small handful is enough, dont overdo.
I just had soaked black raisins daily, good for iron and constipation. Keep it to around 8 to 10 a day. Too many can spike the sugar so dont go crazy with the sweet ones.
Raisins are good but they are quite sugary, I had to limit them with my GD. If your sugar is fine you can have a small portion. Otherwise check the amount with your gynac first.
