I used to chop walnuts into my morning porridge or curd, tasted lovely. Made my boring breakfast fun honestly. Just dont go overboard, they are quite rich.
Beta, we always soaked a couple of walnuts overnight and ate them in the morning, easier to digest that way. They are good for the baby, but just two or three a day is enough. Dont eat a big handful at once.
My amma used to say have walnuts and almonds together in the morning, soaked. I just ate a few plain too on busy days. Moderation is the key, anything in excess isnt great na.
