I had it really bad, so I feel you. Small frequent meals, dry crackers before getting out of bed and sipping ginger water helped me survive. If you cant keep anything down for a day, please tell your gynac because that needs attention.
Beta in our time we chewed a little saunf or had ginger and lemon water for the nausea. Eat small bits often, dont stay empty stomach. But if vomiting is severe and you feel weak, dont rely on nuskhe, see the doctor.
My app suggested eating something dry the moment I woke up, before even sitting up, and it actually reduced my nausea. Keeping snacks by the bed was a game changer. If it gets too much, the doctor can prescribe something safe.
Morning sickness is a liar, it shows up morning, noon and night haha. Lemon candies and ginger tea were my crutches. Hang in there, it usually eases after the first trimester.
