How to find out conception date of pregnancy?

My periods were always a bit irregular so im confused about when exactly i conceived. The doctor gave a due date but it doesnt fully match in my head. How did you all figure out ur conception date?

I used a tracker app, you put your last period date and it estimates conception and due date. But honestly the scan in early weeks is more reliable than the app. Use app for rough idea only.

Easiest way, note your last period first day and let the gynac calculate. Exact conception day is hard to pin unless you were tracking ovulation. The early ultrasound corrects the dates anyway so dont stress too much over it.

From last period date usually. The first scan confirms it better.

I was tracking my ovulation so I had a rough idea of when it might have happened. If you weren't tracking then the period date method is what most use na. Doctor will tell you properly at first visit.

My doctor counted from the first day of my last period, not the actual conception. Conception is roughly 2 weeks after that if your cycle is regular. The dating scan in first trimester gives the most accurate date actually, she relied on that more than my dates.
