We are trying since few months and i just cant wait till the period date every time, the suspense is too much. Are there any early signs to look for before the missed period? pls share what u noticed.
I was also too eager to know early. Some say implantation spotting or light cramps can be a hint, but I learnt it's better not to read too much into every twinge. Waiting for the test was hard but worth it.
I understand the urge to know as soon as possible, every day of waiting feels long. In my journey the early signs were so confusing that I learnt to trust the blood test my doctor did rather than symptoms. Be kind to yourself during this wait.
Haan some early signs are there like tender breasts, mild nausea or feeling super sleepy, na. But these aren't fully reliable before the period skips. Just take a home test a couple days after the missed date, that's the safest way.
If you track your cycle on an app it helps you notice changes earlier. I felt extra tired and had a weird metallic taste before my period was even due. But the app and my doctor both said a proper test after the due date is the real confirmation.
I'm in this exact phase right now, trying and impatiently looking for any sign, ha. I read that early signs like fatigue and frequent peeing can show but they aren't certain. Tough part is the waiting na, I keep googling symptoms every day.
Honestly before the missed period it's hard to be sure. Some women feel sore breasts, tiredness or mild cramps, but these can also just be PMS. The reliable way is to wait and test after the period is missed, a too early test often shows wrong.
