We are planning to conceive soon and im a little worried because i feel like i should be preparing my body already. Is there anything you do beforehand or does it all happen naturally later? just curious.
Milk doesnt come before pregnancy normally, it starts building during pregnancy and really flows after delivery. So there is nothing to do or worry about right now, your body handles it on its own.
No need to do anything for that now. Nature times it perfectly, the milk comes when the baby needs it after birth. Focus on eating well and staying healthy, the rest follows.
The body only starts making milk in later pregnancy and properly after baby comes. I had nothing before, then colostrum showed up in the last weeks. So relax, theres no prep needed beforehand.
Just to mention, if you are getting any milk or discharge from the breast when you are not pregnant, that is something to check with a doctor, it can be a hormone thing. Otherwise no milk before pregnancy is completely normal.
