I used a pregnancy app that had language options, you can set it to Tamil and it gives week by week tips. Honestly very helpful for daily small things. Just dont treat app as replacement for your gynac.
There are many good Tamil pregnancy YouTube channels and apps that explain everything nicely. My amma also guided me a lot in Tamil. But for any health doubt I still asked my doctor directly, that is safest.
Free YouTube videos in Tamil helped me a lot without spending anything. Your hospital nurses also explain in Tamil if you ask. Save the doctor visits for the real questions.
