How to get rid of high blood pressure during pregnancy?
My BP came slightly high at my last checkup and im honestly a bit scared, this is my first pregnancy. Doc has asked me to monitor and im going back next week. Apart from medicines what helped you ladies keep it in control, like food or rest?
Beta this is something only your doctor should handle, please dont take chances. Rest well, stay calm and keep all your appointments. If you ever feel headache, blurry vision or swelling, go to the hospital right away.
My doctor stressed that high BP in pregnancy needs proper medical monitoring as it can lead to complications. She advised reducing salt, rest and regular checkups, but only she decided about any medicine. Please follow your doctor strictly on this one.
Please dont try to manage high BP on your own during pregnancy, this is serious. I had BP issues and my doctor monitored me very closely and it was so important. If your BP is high, see your gynac urgently, dont rely on home tips for this.
