My bp keeps coming low at every checkup and i get dizzy when i stand up suddenly. Doc knows about it. Just wanted to know from other moms what helped you bring it up naturally? feeling weak most mornings.
My doctor told me to take small frequent meals, drink enough fluids and not stand up too fast, that helped my low BP. She also said to keep some salt in diet unless told otherwise. But she warned never to ignore fainting spells, so report those.
I kept dry fruits and water at my desk because I would feel low mid morning. Eating on time and not skipping meals made a big difference. If dizziness gets bad though, sit down right away and call the doctor.
