I'm trying to understand how pregnancy weeks are counted. When is the first week of pregnancy typically calculated from, like from the last period or conception?
we are trying and im trying to fix my diet thoda. is egg good to have in this time or any issue? mostly veg ghar but i can add eggs if it helps. share ur experience pls.
