How to get rid of varicose veins during pregnancy?
Im in my 7th month and these blue veins have started showing up on my legs, looks so bad and pain bhi hota hai by evening. Anyone found something that actually helped? thoda worried it will get worse.
I felt so conscious when I first saw those purple lines on my legs. Honestly, I felt like my body was changing so fast and I couldn't do anything about it. But keeping my legs elevated while sleeping really helped me manage the pressure.
Ugh, currently in my 38th week and my legs look like a spider web, haha! Honestly, I have zero energy to stand, so I just lie down with three pillows under my feet like a queen. Gynac said it's normal but still check with yours once.
Oh dear, I totally feel you! Those painful veins used to make me cry during my third trimester. Just remember to put your feet up on a pillow whenever u lie down, it really brings so much relief. Hugs to you, this phase will pass.
I am actually trying to conceive and keep reading about these things. Is it very painful or is it just cosmetic? I hope you find some relief soon, please let me know what works for you!
My little one is now nursing, and looking back, those varicose veins were quite a struggle. I used to wear compression stockings after asking my doctor, and it really helped with the aching. Just keep your legs elevated and dont sit cross-legged.
Carrying twins meant double the pressure on my legs, so my veins looked like a map of Delhi, haha! Honestly, standing in the kitchen for hours is a big no-no. Just keep a small stool under your feet and let others do the work ghar pe.
Merko pcos tha to physical issues se hamesha thoda darr lagta tha. For varicose veins, please consult your gynac first because everyone's body is different. What helped me slightly was not standing for too long and keeping my legs elevated when sitting.
Just keep a positive mind and take care of your beautiful body, dear. This is all part of the wonderful journey of motherhood. Try to do some gentle leg stretches if your doctor allows, and rest as much as you can.
