Delivered 3 months ago and my tummy is still very loose and bulgy. i know it takes time na but feeling a bit low looking in the mirror. anyone got their stomach back, what worked for u?
Yaar dont stress about this so soon, your tummy literally housed a baby. It comes back gradually with time and a bit of movement. Right now just focus on baby and rest, the rest will follow.
After my c-section I couldnt do anything for a good while and that belly stayed soft, totally normal. My doc said wait for full healing before any exercise. Slowly with walking and a balanced diet it improved. Patience is key, dont pressure the scar.
Took time both times for me, second one even longer. Breastfeeding, walking, eating clean and decent sleep (haha if u get it) all slowly helped. There's no magic belt or quick fix, dont waste money on those. Just consistency once you're healed.
From what I've read, postpartum it's walking first, then gentle core and pelvic floor stuff but only after doctor's green signal. Crunches too early can backfire. Let your body heal, then build up slow.
First, please be gentle with yourself, your body just did something amazing. Mine took months to feel like mine again and that's okay. Once your doctor clears u, light walks and slow core work help, but dont rush or compare to anyone.
