My whole digestion has gone for a toss since i got pregnant, feeling heavy and bloated after every meal. Im in second trimester. What small things helped u feel lighter?
Beta jeera water in the morning helped me a lot, very gentle for the stomach. Eat slowly and chew well, dont gulp food. A little walk after dinner does wonders, our elders always said tehelna chahiye after meals.
Sitting all day at work slowed my digestion badly. I started taking short walks after lunch even just around the office, and kept fruit at my desk instead of snacks. Small changes but they really helped keep things regular.
