At my last scan the doc said baby heartbeat is on the lower side, nothing alarming but to keep watch. Since then im just anxious all the time na. Is there anything i can do from my side, like food or rest? pls share if u went through this.
Beta don't stress over this. The baby's heart isnt something we boost like that. You focus on good food, water and sleep, and let your gynac watch the rest at checkups.
If you are asking because a report showed the heartbeat is on the lower side, please dont try home tricks, just go to your gynac soon. They need to check it properly. Mine kept a close eye and it turned out fine.
From what my gynac explained, heartbeat changes with the baby's age and is mostly out of our hands. She said just eat well, stay hydrated and rest, the rest baby does on its own. If a scan showed something low, thats a doctor question not a home thing.
I used to worry about baby heartbeat too every scan. My doc told me its not something we can really increase ourselves, the body manages it. Did your doctor say something about the rate? Sometimes early on it just looks different.
I felt a bit more relaxed after short walks my doctor allowed, and they say staying active and hydrated helps overall circulation. But it doesnt directly control baby's heartbeat. Anything off in a scan, let the gynac handle.
